About Me

Here’s my story. My battle with unwanted facial hair began as a teenager. At the age of 15, my mother made my first appointment for my upper lip and eyebrows to be waxed. I remember, after the deed had been done, she said to me, “honey, you will do this for the rest of your life or until you decide to get electrolysis.” For about 25 years from that day, I waxed and tweezed, not only my upper lip and eyebrows but my chin/neck area as well. Over the years my unwanted hair became such an issue, I began to shave following my daily tweeze session. Finally I decided it was time, time to get electrolysis! This was the best decision I could have ever made. Not only is there no more tweezing or shaving, I found confidence in my appearance in a new way. In fact, I was so impressed with my results, I decided to attend Cameo College of Essential Beauty in Salt Lake City, Utah to obtain my education. In passing my state board certifications, I became a licensed electrologist. It is not only my goal but my pleasure to help others feel this great satisfaction of being free from the burden of unwanted hair.

About electrolysis…

First and foremost, electrolysis is the only method of hair removal recognized by the FDA to be a safe, effective and permanent way to remove unwanted hair. In comparison with laser hair removal, which only works on dark pigmented hair and NOT considered permanent, electrolysis works not only on any area of the body, it is effective on any color hair.
